I cannot speak highly enough of the care that Tina has provided for our son. He has been with her since he was 5 months old and without exception I have dropped him off in the morning secure in the knowledge that he is cared for at the highest level, this in itself is priceless. ? thoroughly enjoys his days with Tina and gets exited as soon as he sees her road! Tina has proved to be an extremely valuable person in our lives, someone that we can always rely upon to be helpful and flexible. She always goes over and above what is expected and is always on hand with support and advice whenever we need it. We will miss her dreadfully and I only wish we could take her with us! I could not recommend her more strongly and know that I will not be able to find such a high standard of care for ? when we move

Mrs Tina hawkins was known to me for a few months before we were posted. Tina looked after my daughter? who was 17 months old, for two mornings per week and some additional hours when needed in preperation for our move. Tina had a very caring and kind personality with an inate love for children. Both ? and ? our three year old son, warmed to Tina from their first meeting and ? soon settled into her new routine. Tina demonstrated a very good understanding of ? communication, language and creative development and was well attuned to ? emotional and social needs, she created a happy, colourful and stimulating enviroment to care for children in her home. ? enjoyed playing with the wide selection of toys, puzzles and books and i was very happy for Tina to take ? to the local playground for some fresh air and outside play. ? stayed for lunch and ate well. Tina's attention to food hygiene and cleanliness was very impressive. in addition Tina maintained ? personal hygiene to a high standard. On one occasion, ? became unwell during the morning and Tina was able to assess, plan and implement a plan to meet her medical needs. She contacted me promptly in a very professional and calming manner. We all miss Tina ? and ? especially loved their leaving gifts from Tina a wonderful toy dog each which really helped them to understand moving house and saying goodbye to people they knew and were fond of, and not to mention her dog Fudge too. I would recommend Tina Hawkins as a Registered childminder Tina was extremely reliable easy to get to know and very understanding of the needs of a busy mother. I would have no hesitation in reemploying Tina if we were posted back to Marham.

Tina has looked after me for 8 years and my sister for 5 years She takes us to school and has lots of games, toys and activities for us all to play with. Tina is always happy and makes me laugh and if I am sad will give me a hug and make me feel better. Tina is the best

Tina has taken care of my two daughters currently aged eight and five years, since they were six weeks old. Both of the children adore Tina, who always ensures that they are kept active and engaged, and are having fun. Tina gives huge consideration towards ensuring that these activities contribute to the development and social skills of the children, and my girls have reaped enourmous benefit from having had Tina be part of there developing lives. For my part Tina has been the perfect childminder flexible, 100% reliable and always there to help me get organised with school schedules etc so important for a busy working mum. we will all miss having Tina as part of our daily lives. Tina looked after my daughter for nearly 2 years from june 03 to May 05. Just by my daughters behaviour and manner is proof enough to me that Tina cares very much for the children she looks after, as my daughter gets very excited when she goes to tina's and she is a very happy child, which is obviously detriment to tina's care. She has been flexible with our shifts and any courses we have had, she has also been helpful in ? potty training and assisting with ensuring she eats properly. Tina has had charge of my daughter from the time that ? was two weeks old, she is now 3 years and has developed into a happy confident and polite little girl. Tina has helped with potty training, the change from bottle to solid foods and the introduction of play school. Whenever ? has been taked to Tina's she has been in a calm caring enviroment which has been reflected in her keeness to enter Tina's home and to leave me in the mornings.

Although Tina has only looked after our son for 9 months, we have been very pleased with the way she looked after him. Tina has always taken our needs and beliefs into consideration, she has been especialy helpful in weaning ? onto solid foods, and has passed on lots of helpful advice. Tina has also been a great help during the 4 months my husband was away on detachment, she has been very flexible and helpful, unfortunately we have been posted away so we are having to look for a new childminder, however I would not hesitate in recommending Tina to look after someone's child.
